This free service adapts the standard Blackblot curriculum and slides by emphasizing selected topics and tailoring discussions and exercises to the company's products and objectives.

Preparation includes:

• Completion of the Training Needs Evaluator to assess employee profiles and training requirements.
• Completion of the Technology-Driven Questionnaire to gauge the company's environment from a product management perspective.
• A brief company overview outlining key products, challenges, and training goals.
• One or two conference calls with Blackblot to align on context, focus areas, and desired outcomes.

Blackblot Advanced Course Customization

This fee-based service enhances the basic customization by replacing standard slides and content with company-specific materials, including case studies, exercises, and examples.

Preparation includes:

• All steps from the Blackblot Basic Course Customization.
• Two to three days of on-site work with a Blackblot Senior Certified Trainer to adapt course materials.

Ideal for extended or in-depth corporate training programs. Available for all Blackblot courses.
