Blackblot Public Training Terms and Conditions
1. Course Materials
1.1. "Strategic Product Management™" seminar attendees receive: free copy of the "The Product Manager’s Toolkit: Methodologies, Processes and Tasks in High-Tech Product Management" book, free digital (CD) and online hosted copies of "Blackblot Product Manager’s Toolkit™" (PMTK) professional template collection, lifetime free and unlimited updates and upgrades to PMTK, and a one-time free registration to each of the available "Blackblot Product Management Professional™" (BPMP) certification tests.
1.2. All attendees receive: carry bag, printed seminar slides booklet, laminated seminar action plan, membership in the "Blackblot Alumni" career networking group, and printed and digital copies of the official course certificate of completion.
1.3. All course materials are provided in the English language.
2. Facilities
2.1. The training room is air-conditioned so please bring a jacket or light wrap in case the room temperature is below your comfort level.
2.2. Please contact us should you require special services, facilities or dietary considerations to support your attendance.
2.3. Please contact us to inquire about reduced rates which may be available for those seeking overnight accommodations at the hotel where the training is delivered.
3. Training Mode
3.1. Classes officially run from 9:00am until 6:00pm. Breakfast is served from 8:30am.
3.2. Training is delivered in highly interactive mode. Subsequently, seminar schedule is flexible and interaction dependent.
4. Cancellations
4.1. All client cancellations must be received in writing.
4.1.1. Client cancellations received more than five (5) business days before the first day of training are entitled to a full refund of all registration fees.
4.1.2. Client cancellations received on or less than five (5) business days before the first day of training will be charged a seventy-five US dollars (US$75) cancellation fee per each day of training that was canceled. The remainder of the registration fees will be refunded.
4.2. If for any unforeseen reason, beyond Blackblot’s control, the planned training needs to be rescheduled by Blackblot, then Blackblot will contact the client as soon as possible and reschedule the training, with no additional cost to the client.
4.2.1. If the client cannot reschedule, the client will have a credit with Blackblot for the full registration fees.
4.2.2. If the client will not agree to reschedule, then Blackblot will refund the full registration fees.
4.3. If Blackblot must cancel the training and will not be able to reschedule the training, Blackblot will refund the full registration fees.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Full payment is required as a precondition for registration.
5.2. Payments are accepted via direct deposit or by credit card.
5.3. Issuance of payment constitutes an agreement by the client to all terms and conditions described herewith.
6. Current Special Offers
6.1. Registration and payment received at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the first day of training shall be eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount.
6.2. One (1) free seat to any Blackblot course is granted per six (6) paying students from the same company.
