PMTK Task Model

Product management professionals use Blackblot Product Manager’s Toolkit™ templates and the PMTK Action Model to instill process and structure in their work.  The following is a support model that accompanies the PMTK package and helps in the smooth adoption of PMTK components and concepts in the organization.

The “PMTK Task Model” is a support model that synchronizes various PMTK templates with the “Blackblot Product Management Team Model” and “Blackblot Product Definition Team Model”.  The goal of this model is to help managers assign tasks to the appropriate team roles by defining the owner, writer and contributor(s) of every PMTK document.
