PMTK Flow Model

Product management professionals use Blackblot Product Manager’s Toolkit™ templates and the PMTK Action Model to instill process and structure in their work.  The following is a support model that accompanies the PMTK package and helps in the smooth adoption of PMTK components and concepts in the organization.

The “PMTK Flow Model” is a support model that demonstrates the internal flow and interaction between product planning and product marketing deliverables, and maps them to the entire product management process.  The goal of this model is to help managers apply the “PMTK Action Model” in a stage-gate like fashion.
