PMTK
Action Model
The PMTK Action Model is a reference framework which
governs the sequence of using Blackblot Product Manager’s
Toolkit™ templates. It is also an
operational framework that demonstrates the process and phases of performing
and correlating product planning tasks with product marketing tasks.
A component of the PMTK Action Model depicts tools that
promote process efficiency since product management is comprised of extremely
well-ordered and well-disciplined processes.
